  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share clear images/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify the request within 2–5 business days.
  4. Once approved, return pickup or return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

5. Replacement Policy

For damaged or defective products, Bliss may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

depending on product availability and issue verification.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Contact your payment provider/bank
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank
